Ten years ago, Lindsay Lou made the decision to quit her day job as a biologist and tour the country – and the world – as a full-time musician.
Lindsay grew up in Kingsford, where she developed her musical talents with her family. Now based in Nashville, Lindsay combines elements of Americana, bluegrass and folk music to come up with her rich and laid back sound.
Earlier this year, she released an album titled “Southland.”
Lindsay performs at the Hoxeyville Music Festival next month on Friday, August 17 and Sunday, August 19.
