• In 1964, when legislators in Michigan created a state minimum wage, the idea was to create a system where no worker would be paid less than minimum wage. That was true for farm workers, too. Until now. 

• A study published in the Journal of the American Medical Association found where you live can make a difference in how long you live. Joining us to talk about this is Peter Hammer. He’s a professor of law at Wayne State and the Director of the Damon J. Keith Center for Civil Rights.
