Parrots are breathtakingly colorful, and they talk. It's what owners love about them. But in recent decades Americans have abandoned thousands of pet parrots. It's a growing problem, and a rescue movement has emerged. A northern Michigan woman is part of that movement. Wendy Judson is a kind of foster mom for throwaway parrots, and she's found new homes for dozens of them. But as she told Debbie Nathan, there's one bird she just can't give away.
