Welcome to Day Four of Doggie Week on IPR's Kids Commute - classical music for kids! This week, we're hearing music inspired by Man's (and Composer's) Four-Legged Best Friend.
Today, we'll hear an odd, funny piece by American composer George Crumb. Crumb wrote a suite of music for guitar called, "Mundus Canis," (Dog's World) about some of the Crumb family dogs. Yoda, the dog for whom our music was written, was...kind of a troublemaker.
