About 65,000 Michiganders are still without power after the weekend storm. The ice that caused most of the damage was to our south... but roads were pretty rough in Traverse City Sunday midday. That's when we snapped this picture of two bikers and a runner braving conditions on Bay Street! The bikers were using something new called "fat tires." We talked about the new biking phenomenon earlier this year.
